Quad Lock, originating in Melbourne, has become a global leader in phone mounts for outdoor lifestyle enthusiasts. Their success is driven by an acclaimed performance marketing team featured on Meta, TikTok, and Google. They were one of the first companies globally to implement and test the Conversions API solution with Meta. 

The Problem

Having already achieved significant growth with performance driven channels, Quad Lock was looking to continue their global expansion particularly in the US. However, their CPA was consistently higher in the US than other markets, hindering their ability to scale up ad campaigns and drive more revenue.

The Solution

By leveraging Quad Lock’s first party data, combined with MoBagel’s solution that can analyze 400+ behavior signals from the data and recognize returning visitors, Quad Lock was able to accurately predict purchase intent for each incoming website visitor. 

This supercharged Quad Lock’s Meta retargeting campaign by enabling the platform to allocate the majority of the spend towards audiences that will actually drive results.

After just 2 weeks of the conversion lift experiment, we found that the retargeting CPA had reduced by an incredible 42%, effectively doubling the efficiency of their campaign. 

This decrease in CPA gave Quad Lock the confidence to scale up the campaign budget by 3 times. After one month, the conversions almost quadrupled, while the CPA remained stable at a 39% lower cost than the benchmark (before implementing AI).

Essentially, Quad Lock was able to capture more purchases with a larger budget at a lower cost, empowering them to achieve a lift of 389% in incremental revenue.
